Generic Name:  Zinc Phosphate Coating (Spray method)

The Encompass a wide range of weights and crystal characteristics, ranging from heavy films with coarse crystals to ultra thin Microcrystalline deposits. When we use zinc phosphate coatings vary from light to dark gray in color. When we use zinc phosphate coatings, we have to pour accelerator into the solution

 

Zinc phosphate coatings, can be applied by spray, immersion or by a combination of the two. Coating can be used for any of he following applications of phosphating.

1.    base for paint or oil                                          

2.    aid to cold  forming, tube drawing and wire drawing

3.    Increasing wear resistance or rust proofing.

We can use it at temperature between 75-80C.     Spray coating on steel surface range in weight from 1.08 to 10.8 g/m2(100 to 1000 mg/ft2)Immersion coatings from 1.61 to 43.0 g/m2 (150 to 4000 mg/ft2).
