Generic Name:  Degreaser Immersion

This liquid degreaser is used primarily for removing mill oil, shop soil, forming lubricants, etc. from metal surfaces in dip method. Top cleaner 3333 is made of synthetic surfactants or detergents, water conditioning chemicals and alkaline materials. The Synthetic surfactant emulsifies petroleum oils, so they can be removed. The alkaline portions react with animal or vegetable oil and convert them to soap which is soluble. They also have a regenerating effect on some of the surfactants. The water conditioning materials makes the rinsing easier. Heat is used to soften the various greasers and oils, so they can be emulsified more rapidly.
