   Hitech  has been in the powder coating industry for 12 years.  One of the most challenging problems we have is how to strip powder off our hanging hooks without having to buy a burn off oven.  Top Chemical Industries has provided us with a liquid chemical stripper that when we dip our hooks into the chemical, it removes multiple layers of powder from the hook in less than 30 minutes.  We can now strip 50 hooks at a time at room temperature and reduce our replacement cost of hooks dramatically. Kinetic Powder Coating Ltd.   We here at Kinetic Powder Coating Ltd. we’re very pleased to hear that Top Chemical had an immersion stripper that required no heat! After testing the sample we were blown away at how quickly that Top Paint stripper stripped even tough powder coatings, with very little smell from fumes. Here at our shop we use a spray wash pretreatment syste  iron phosphate immersion coating. Phosphate Coatings

   One day I was searching the web for a better rust remover and phosphate coating.

   I came across your very informative web site www.TopChimie.com  and found some products that looked good for the prepping of cars that I restore. After picking 3 products that sounded good for me I called for more info. You helped me narrow it down to 2 products. First one Rust Remover works well for removing surface rust found on old cars. I first remove all old paint by media blasting then scrub parts with Rust Remover to remove rust. Then I use product Top Coat 8888 to phosphate coat metal before epoxy priming. This leaves a much stronger coating than the kind you buy at auto parts paint stores. I have tested a lot of them with a ph strip kit and this one is by far has the strongest level of phosphate which prevents rust from reforming during restoration process. Very important during wet sanding steps when water can penetrate the primer surface down to the metal.  Enclosed are pictures of my 1970 challenger after wet sanding primer. There are always places you break thru to metal on edges so I wash car with Top Coat 8888 before painting this takes care of any flash rust that may have started plus cleans  for better paint adhesion.

   I recommend this company to any one looking for a better rust cleaning and phosphate product. They are helpful, fast service, and priced right.

   I have been restoring cars since 1978 and always looking for good products like this.

Floor Cleaner

    I have been running several of my own Tim Horton stores. One of the challenges that we have always been facing was the lack of a good floor cleaner. Some of the floor cleaners do not do a good job when dealing with greasy kitchen floors. Others could clean greasy floors , but leave the floors very slippery, which could pose a problem especially when cleaning customer area. TOP chemical has provided us with an excellent solution that could clean greasy kitchen floors without leaving the floors slippery.
